Melissani Cave or Melisani or Melissani Lake (Greek - Μελισσάνη) is located on the Island of Kefalonia. It is surrounded by forest and a mountain slope. According to Greek mythology, Melissani Cave is the cave of the nymphs. The Melissani Lake is inside a cave that is surrounded by trees, and forest and covered with stones at the bottom. There are many plants at the door of the cave.
Paxos Island - Caves, Greece
